Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the obligations and rights that apply to your use of the abc222 platform.

References to "we", "us", or "our" mean the abc222 platform and its operating entity. References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the abc222 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the abc222 platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abc222. They are written in English, and the English version is the authoritative version for all interpretive and legal purposes. If any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence.

Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on abc222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. abc222 strictly enforces the 18+ minimum age requirement. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold a registered abc222 account, whether active, dormant, suspended, or closed. Each player is entitled to exactly one account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register, either through abc222's own self-exclusion programme or any recognised external responsible gaming scheme to which abc222 adheres.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. abc222 may request additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension until the discrepancy is resolved.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abc222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. abc222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abc222 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of abc222.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, and Upay. The minimum via Rocket is ৳200. There is no stated maximum for standard player accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your abc222 account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. abc222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• All funds deposited into your abc222 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• abc222 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where the transaction pattern suggests unusual activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. Players who have not yet verified their identity should navigate to Account Settings and upload their National ID Card (NID) or passport before submitting a withdrawal request.
• abc222 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during BST business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, on national public holidays, or for amounts that trigger enhanced review.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification.
• abc222 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or an ongoing KYC review.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

abc222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual bonus terms. For example, a ৳1,000 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of ৳30,000 in eligible real-money wagers to be placed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at expiry will be removed from your account without notice.
• abc222 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes the Player is attempting to abuse the bonus system, including by placing low-risk bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players unless the bonus terms state otherwise. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders opening a new account. abc222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to determine eligibility for promotional campaigns at its own discretion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, abc222 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large win that is clearly inconsistent with the stated RTP and maximum win parameters of the game, abc222 reserves the right to withhold the erroneous win pending investigation and to pay out only the amount that would have been won under normal operating conditions.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on abc222 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and tennis — are subject to individual sport-specific rules that are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. In cases of rule ambiguity, abc222's interpretation of the relevant sport-specific rules will be final. abc222 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time, including during live in-play betting, in response to unusual market activity or event developments.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be void unless the sportsbook rules explicitly permit in-play betting on that market.
• abc222 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at any time, including restricting maximum stake amounts for specific markets or Players.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of a specific rule, all open bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

abc222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on the platform. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending. These tools are available free of charge in Account Settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

7.1 Player-Activated Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them at defined intervals during a gaming session, reminding them of the total time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your abc222 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Accounts with active bonus balances subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements will have those bonus balances cancelled upon closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by abc222

abc222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the single-account policy, age requirement, or KYC obligations.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Abuse of the bonus system as described in Section 5.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage not available to regular players.
• Chargebacks initiated against abc222 by the Player or their payment provider.

Where an account is closed by abc222 due to a breach of these Terms, abc222 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms the breach, abc222 may forfeit the balance in full. Where the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 BST business days.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An abc222 account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. abc222 will send a reminder email to the registered address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any administration fee applied to a dormant account will be communicated to the Player in advance and will not reduce the balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support via live chat.
